If you have ever been to Seaside, Florida - you are most likely in love with it ! Villa Magnolia is 1 mile from Seaside Square. A quick bike ride puts you among some of the best restaurants and shopping in all of 30A.
Enter into a welcoming ground floor that leads to two private suites, both with king size beds and large flat screen HDTV's.
On the second floor, you will find the living/dining area and adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and new stainless appliances to make meal preparation a delight. You will love the openness of the living area and kitchen which allows everyone to be together whether they are cooking, eating or watching TV. There is also a 4 bed bunkroom with a full bath - all behind a closed door on this floor.
The top floor features two more bedroom suites. The oversized Master Suite features a private deck, king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as its own private bathroom and large flat screen HDTV.
Enjoy the views of the Gulf from the second and third floor balconies. The private beach walkway is directly out your front door and just steps to the sand.
There is a garage to store all your beach gear safely. We keep beach chairs, an umbrella, a gas grill, a roll away bed, and 4 bikes in the garage. These items are all available to you and your guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and blended drinks at home. There are also HDTV's in all bedrooms except the bunk room and free wireless internet service. All TVs (except master bedroom TV) are Wifi enabled and stream Netflix, Amazon, and DirectTVNow Cable Service. We do recommend that guests bring what they cannot live without as items get added and deleted during the season.
Our management company - 30A Private Home Management - is a boutique management company on 30A. They provide housekeeping before your arrival, check-in, and general service during your stay. They can also provide personal services such as grocery shopping for a reasonable fee. They truly are some of the nicest folks and we love having them on our team!
We pride ourselves in keeping costs as low as possible for our guests. Therefore we do not charge booking fees (as most online sites do) and, if you book directly through this website, you will receive the best rates. Along with the rent, we charge $415 for a cleaning fee, which includes COVID-19 protocols. This fee goes directly to our management company. We also charge 12% tax on the rental amount and cleaning fee. We require a $500 security deposit that is returned upon your departure.
We have a brand new pool heater that provides warm pool water during the cooler months. The pool can be heated for $200 during your stay.

Once you book with us, we understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, we will refund your deposit (less $100) if we are able to book your say with another guest. If we cannot reserve the canceled dates, you will forfeit the deposit.
